About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise across both backend and frontend technologies. This role requires deep knowledge in Node.js, Angular, PHP, MongoDB, JavaScript, and jQuery. You will lead development efforts, architect scalable solutions, and mentor a growing team of developers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
• Architect backend systems using Node.js, PHP, and MongoDB.
• Build rich and dynamic user interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
• Guide and mentor developers; perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Manage project timelines and contribute to agile processes (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to enhance product and development practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of full stack development experience
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Solid frontend experience with Angular, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Working knowledge of PHP (Laravel or custom frameworks)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with Git, code versioning tools, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Good to Have

• Experience with legacy system migration or modernization
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
