Overview

Role Description: Full Stack Engineer (React.js / React Native + Python)

Location: Bhubaneswar | Type: Full-time | Work Mode: On-site

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React.js / React Native for front-end development and Python for back-end services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web and mobile applications.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing new features for both web and mobile applications.
• Developing efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end components using React.js (for web) and React Native (for mobile).
• Building robust back-end services and APIs using Python and popular frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, QA, and DevOps.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software issues across the full stack.
• Ensuring the responsiveness, scalability, and performance of applications.
• Participating in system design discussions and architecture enhancements.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

• Frontend Development:
• Strong experience with React.js for web applications and React Native for mobile apps.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and component-based architecture.
• Backend Development:
• Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Database Knowledge:
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Other Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile app development best practices.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
