About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in building scalable web applications using modern JavaScript technologies. This role requires hands-on experience with both backend and frontend frameworks, particularly Node.js and React.js, and deep familiarity with TypeScript, Redux, and modern styling tools like SCSS and Tailwind CSS. You’ll be instrumental in developing and maintaining high-performance web applications in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using Node.js (Express.js) and React.js.
• Build efficient, reusable, and scalable frontend components using React, Redux, TypeScript, SCSS, and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and backend services using Express.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Work with build tools and bundlers like Webpack or Vite for efficient development and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with both Node.js and React.js.
• Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience with state management using Redux.
• Solid knowledge of Express.js for backend development.
• Expertise in modern frontend styling with SCSS and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with build tools and module bundlers like Webpack and/or Vite.
• Familiar with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
