Role Overview

At SocialHook, we're building a next-generation social platform that redefines user engagement and content creation. We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend orientation to lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. This role demands a developer who is not only proficient in backend technologies but also possesses a solid understanding of frontend development to ensure seamless integration and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Go (Golang), ensuring scalability and performance.
• API Design & Integration: Develop and manage RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Database Management: Architect and optimize databases, primarily using PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Collaborate on infrastructure setup and maintenance using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• Frontend Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers to integrate APIs and ensure cohesive user experiences.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Uphold high standards in code quality, testing, and documentation. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and frameworks to enhance product features and development efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 3 years focusing on backend development.
• Programming Languages: Proficient in Go (Golang). Familiarity with Node.js is a plus.
• Frontend Technologies: Solid understanding of React.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Databases: Expertise in PostgreSQL. Experience with Redis is advantageous.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS.
• API Development: Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Version Control: Proficient in using Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
• Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• AI & Machine Learning: Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and their integration into web applications.
• Security: Knowledge of web security best practices and implementation.
• Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing applications for speed and scalability.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools like Jira or Trello.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
