Job Title: Full-Stack Developer

Location: Bhubaneswar/Remote

About the Role:

We're building an AI-powered resume sourcing engine to automate and enhance

recruiting. As the Full-Stack Developer, you’ll lead the development of the platform end-

to-end — from API creation to recruiter-facing UI — delivering a smooth and scalable

product experience.

Responsibilities:

 Design and develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI

 Implement resume upload, parsing, scoring, and tagging endpoints

 Build recruiter-facing UI with React.js and Tailwind CSS

 Handle file uploads (PDF/DOCX), preview rendering, and tagging workflows

 Connect to PostgreSQL for structured data and AWS S3 for resume storage

 Integrate 3rd-party services like resume parsers, GitHub APIs, Pinecone

 Collaborate with AI engineer and product owner to ship features fast

Tech Stack:

 Backend: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS (S3, EC2)

 Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

 Search: ElasticSearch or Pinecone

 Tools: Docker, Git, REST APIs

Qualifications:

 4+ years in full-stack development

 Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills

 Experience with file handling, API integrations, and recruiter-style UIs

 Bonus: Exposure to resume parsing or recruiting software (ATS, HRTech)

Nice to Have:

 Understanding of resume structures and recruiter workflows

 Familiarity with semantic search or resume similarity matching
