Full Stack Developer

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Full‑Stack Developer who can build beautiful, performant mobile and web applications using Flutter, and design and operate scalable back‑ends on Microsoft Azure Stack. You’ll partner with product, design and DevOps to take features from concept through to production.

### Key Responsibilities

• Frontend (Flutter):
• Architect and develop cross‑platform mobile (iOS/Android) and web apps in Flutter.
• Implement clean, maintainable UI designs (Material/Cupertino) with responsive layouts.
• Integrate Flutter apps with backend APIs (REST, gRPC) and real‑time services.
• Backend (Azure Stack):
• Design, build and maintain Azure‑based services: App Services, Functions, Kubernetes Service (AKS), Service Fabric.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core (C#) or Node.js.
• Manage data storage and caching: Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Redis Cache.
• Implement messaging/event‑driven architectures with Azure Service Bus or Event Grid.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) for automated builds, tests and deployments.
• Configure monitoring, logging and alerting (Azure Monitor, Application Insights).
• DevOps & Security:
• Apply Infrastructure-as‑Code (ARM templates, Bicep or Terraform) for reproducible environments.
• Secure applications and data—identity management (Azure AD / MSAL), role‑based access control, encryption at rest/in transit.

### Qualifications

• Experience:
• 3+ years building production Flutter applications (mobile & web).
• 3+ years developing back‑end services on Azure Stack (PaaS & IaaS).
• Technical Skills:
• Flutter & Dart: state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod), platform channels, build optimization.
• Azure: App Service, Functions, AKS/Service Fabric, Cosmos DB/SQL, Service Bus/Event Grid, Monitor/Insights.
• Languages & Frameworks: C#/.NET Core or Node.js/Express; familiarity with Python or Java is a plus.
• DevOps: ARM/Bicep/Terraform; Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions; Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• APIs & Data: REST, gRPC, GraphQL; JSON, Protobuf; relational and NoSQL databases.
• Security & Identity: OAuth2/OpenID Connect (Azure AD/MSAL), network security, secrets management.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communicator and collaborator in agile teams.
• Passion for clean code, test‑driven development and continuous improvement.

### Nice‑to‑Haves

• Familiarity with other mobile frameworks (React Native, Swift/Kotlin).
• Experience with advanced Azure services (Cognitive Services, ML, IoT).
• Open‑source contributions or published Flutter packages.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹411,988.72 - ₹1,701,368.49 per year

Expected hours: 50 per week
