We’re a fast-moving digital agency that builds websites, apps, and marketing campaigns—mainly for health, wellness, and service brands. Our ten-person crew values quick delivery, clear communication, and celebrating wins together. As we scale, we need a Full Stack Developer (MERN) who writes rock‑solid code and can demo live applications to clients, gathering feedback and iterating rapidly.

What You’ll Do

• Develop & Maintain: Build new features and APIs using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js, and refactor existing code for performance and scalability.
• Client Demos & Communication: Host regular demo sessions to showcase progress, capture requirements, and translate feedback into clear user stories.
• End‑to‑End Ownership: Design database schemas, implement server logic, craft responsive front‑ends, write unit/integration tests, and deploy via CI/CD.
• Collaborate & Mentor: Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and mentor junior developers as our team grows.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience (MERN stack preferred).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5/CSS3, React (Hooks/Redux), Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Git workflows, RESTful API design, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent spoken and written English—comfortable leading client calls and demos.
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
