The ideal candidate should have a strong background in any of the following technology stacks: MERN Stack with Nest.js or Next.js, Golang /Java with React.js preferably. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN Stack, Golang / Java with React.js preferably.
• Build and maintain scalable backend APIs using Nest.js, Golang, or Spring Boot.
• Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring smooth integration with backend services.
• Utilize Next.js to develop full-stack applications with server-side rendering and static site generation for improved performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to create and implement new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices, and ensure proper version control using Git.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both frontend and backend components of the application.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability to provide the best user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Continuously stay up to date with the latest web technologies and trends to improve the development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with MERN Stack / Golang / Java with React.js is preferred.
• Solid experience with backend frameworks such as Nest.js, Golang, or Spring Boot for building robust APIs and services.
• Proficiency in React.js for building dynamic, user-friendly frontend components.
• Experience with Next.js for developing full-stack applications with server-side rendering and static site generation (for MERN stack developers) would be added requirement
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong knowledge of version control using Git.
• Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and optimized code with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex issues independently.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker and containerization is added advantage
• Familiarity with either cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or JUnit is good to have.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
• Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
