About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Full-Stack Developer to work across client web projects (mainly WordPress and custom development) and our proprietary SaaS-based hosting and ecommerce platform — India's answer to Shopify + WordPress hosting.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Projects

• Develop responsive WordPress websites using themes and custom plugins.
• Build custom-coded static/dynamic sites with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Customize WordPress page builders like Elementor, Divi, etc.
• Optimize websites for SEO, performance, and responsiveness.
• Handle domain setup, hosting configuration, website migrations, and SSL integration.

SaaS Product Development

• Collaborate with frontend developers to create modules like admin dashboards, checkout systems, inventory management, etc.
• Design and implement scalable multi-tenant architectures.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices for authentication, billing, CMS, and more.
• Create optimized database schemas (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Integrate and extend page builder solutions like GrapesJS or build custom ones.
• Set up DevOps processes for backups, deployments, and staging environments.

Required Skills

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Backend: Node.js (Express.js) or PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter)
• CMS Development: WordPress (themes & plugins)
• APIs: RESTful API design and integration
• Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, DigitalOcean, or GCP; Docker; CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI)
• Server Management: NGINX/Apache configuration, SSL setup, server security basics
• Ecommerce: Knowledge of ecommerce flows; payment gateway integrations (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal)
• SaaS: Experience working with user management, billing, and tenant isolation

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with headless CMS (Strapi, Contentful) or GraphQL.
• Experience with Firebase, Amazon S3, or similar cloud services.
• Hands-on with drag-and-drop builder development (e.g., GrapesJS, Editor.js).
• Previous involvement in building SaaS or product-based platforms.

Soft Skills

• Project management and independent delivery capabilities.
• Strong version control (Git) practices, including PR workflows.
• Collaborative work style with UI/UX designers using Figma.
• Comfortable with task management tools like Trello, Notion, or Jira.

Hiring Process

• 3 Rounds: HR Interview → Technical Interview → Final Director Interview.
• Shortlisted candidates will be given a small practical coding task related to real-world product challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
