Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and self-driven Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and be capable of independently handling full-cycle application development, from planning and design to development, testing, and deployment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance web applications while following best coding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end applications using React.js or similar frameworks.
• Build and manage robust back-end services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design, optimize, and manage databases using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver features on time.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deploy fixes as needed.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and exposure to TypeScript.
• Solid experience with React.js or similar JS frameworks (Angular/Vue.js).
• Strong back-end experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Practical knowledge of RESTful API development.
• Good working knowledge of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and best coding practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
• Basic understanding of application security best practices.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
