About the job:

Key responsibilities:

A. Build and ship core features:
1. Develop and deliver end-to-end product features using React.js and Node.js.
2. Translate real-world workflows into scalable and efficient product solutions.
3. Iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving product requirements.

B. Backend and system architecture:
1. Design and develop APIs, database structures, and core system architecture
2. Ensure performance, scalability, and basic security of the system
3. Handle integrations and automation workflows where required

C. Ownership and collaboration:
1. Work directly with the founder on product decisions and roadmap
2. Take ownership of modules from concept to deployment
3. Contribute to technical strategy and long-term architecture
