About the job:

At Devize, we're building the infrastructure layer for agentic AI - systems that don't just answer questions but take actions, run workflows, and make decisions at scale. We're looking for a senior engineer who's obsessed with what AI can actually do, not just what it can say.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop agentic AI workflows that execute end-to-end with minimal human intervention.
2. Build and optimize LLM-powered pipelines, including prompt engineering, RAG systems, tool-calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
3. Develop scalable real-time data systems that support AI-driven decision-making at production scale.
4. Architect and maintain robust backend systems forming the core infrastructure of AI products.
5. Create internal developer tools and APIs to improve engineering productivity and system usability.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate AI capabilities into production-ready features.
7. Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability across all deployed services.
8. Continuously experiment with emerging AI technologies and integrate improvements into production systems.
