Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are looking for Frontend Developers proficient in React.js and Backend Developers skilled in Node.js (with Express.js and MongoDB) to join our team. You can apply for either of these roles depending on your expertise. If you’re passionate about developing user interfaces, the Frontend Developer role is for you. If you’re more focused on building server-side applications and APIs, the Backend Developer role will be your fit.

Frontend Developer (React.js) Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic using Node.js.
• Optimize components for performance across various devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in frontend development.

Backend Developer (Node.js) Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic to ensure smooth interaction.
• Implement data storage solutions using MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Write efficient, secure, and performant database queries.
• Ensure the high performance and responsiveness of server-side applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the backend stack.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in backend development.

Common Responsibilities (for Both Roles):

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, designers) to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Continuously improve and grow both your technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Follow best practices for version control using Git.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum BE/MCA or MTech with at least 2 years of experience.

Frontend Developer:

• Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Experience with Redux or other state management solutions.
• Knowledge of CSS (including pre-processors like SASS or LESS).
• Familiarity with Node.js is a plus for server-side integration.

Backend Developer:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and implementation.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of server-side templating languages is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
