Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Frontend Developer:

• Design and develop user interfaces using modern frameworks and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.).
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement interactive and visually appealing features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot code to enhance the user experience.

Backend Developer:

• Develop server-side logic and APIs using languages such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
• Maintain databases and manage server-side infrastructure (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Ensure application security and data protection.
• Integrate frontend elements with backend services seamlessly.
• Debug and resolve backend issues to ensure smooth functionality.

Software Developer:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Build, test, and maintain efficient and reliable code.
• Implement software development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug to enhance overall performance.
• Document code and maintain software versioning.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Proficiency in backend frameworks and languages (Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, etc.).
• Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Pay Structure:
