Job Title : Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI & CRM Integrations).

About the Role:

The client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development, deployment, and scaling of an AI Agent SaaS platform. This platform integrates AI with enterprise CRM systems to enhance business automation, efficiency, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, AI integration, and CRM system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

1) AI-Powered Application Development:

- Design and build a scalable React.js frontend for managing AI Agents.

- Develop robust Node.js (Express.js) backend APIs to integrate AI with business workflows.

- Optimize state management using Redux / Zustand / React Context API.

2) AI & Cloud Integration:

- Integrate AWS Bedrock LLMs into the platform for AI-driven automation.

- Implement LangChain and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for AI memory.

- Optimize LLM prompts and fine-tuning for real-world business use cases.

3) CRM System Integrations:

- Implement secure API integrations with leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, and Microsoft Dynamics.

- Develop Salesforce Apex Triggers, Webhooks, and OAuth flows.

- Leverage AWS AppFlow, Mulesoft, or Zapier for seamless data synchronization.

4) Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps:

- Deploy serverless backend APIs using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB.

- Set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline) for automated deployments.

- Manage Docker & Kubernetes for containerized applications.

5) Security, Compliance & Performance Optimization:

- Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication, JWT security tokens, and role-based access control.

- Ensure SOC2 & GDPR compliance in handling enterprise data.

- Optimize API performance, caching, and database efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (React.js + Node.js + AWS).

- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM models (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, LangChain, Vector DBs).

- Strong API integration skills with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics.

- Experience with OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and real-time event processing.

- Cloud infrastructure expertise: AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront.

- Proficiency in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or AWS CDK.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

- Experience with Stripe, Paddle, or subscription-based SaaS billing.

- Familiarity with NestJS, FastAPI, or GraphQL for API architecture.

- AI model training, fine-tuning LLMs, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
