Full Stack Developer (AI & Machine Learning Focus)

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who’s ready to take ownership of building a custom software platform with AI and machine learning integrated at its core.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architecting and developing full stack web applications from the ground up
• Building, training, and integrating machine learning models (predictive hiring insights, candidate ranking, etc.)
• Working closely with our founder and product team to turn real-world recruitment problems into intelligent software solutions
• Managing and deploying code using GitHub and deploying servers via Linode
• Developing APIs and integrations with third-party tools and HR tech systems
• Implementing best practices in scalability, data security, and performance optimization

Tech Stack

You don’t need to know all of these, but you should be strong in most and comfortable picking up the rest:

Frontend:

• React / Vue / Tailwind / TypeScript

Backend:

• Node.js / Python / Express / Django / FastAPI
• PostgreSQL / MongoDB

DevOps / Infrastructure:

• Linode (Ubuntu servers)
• GitHub (CI/CD pipelines, collaboration, and code review)

AI / Machine Learning:

• Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• OpenAI API or similar LLMs
• NLP and predictive analytics experience is a strong asset

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML models in production
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, system architecture, and database design
• Comfortable managing servers and deployments (Linode or similar cloud platforms)
• Proactive, creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: experience in HR tech or recruitment software

Pay: ₹61,590.89 - ₹123,181.78 per month
