Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate MERN Stack Developer with Flutter expertise to join our growing team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of JavaScript, coupled with hands-on experience in building robust web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web and mobile applications, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between the frontend and backend.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Develop and deploy high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
• Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of mobile applications.
• Design and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Optimize database queries and schema design.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Implement UI/UX best practices. Develop robust and scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web and mobile development.
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Proven experience in Flutter development for cross-platform mobile applications.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of database design1 and management (MongoDB).
• Understanding of State management within react and flutter apps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms2 (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience with native mobile development (Android/iOS).
• Knowledge of automated testing.
