Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using cutting-edge technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Technical Documentation:
• Create and update technical and user documentation for applications and processes.
• Collaboration & Consultation:
• Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to peers and stakeholders.
• Technical Planning & Architecture:
• Participate in technical planning, architectural discussions, and solution design.
• Code Quality & Reviews:
• Engage in peer code reviews and embrace agile development practices.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Mentorship & Leadership:
• Act as a resource for colleagues and assist in onboarding or guiding new team members.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background:
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Database:
• Experience with SQL databases (preferably MySQL); familiarity with NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.
• Back-End Development:
• Proficiency in PHP and hands-on experience with a PHP framework (preferably Laravel).
• Front-End Development:
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (such as Angular.js, React, Vue.js, or jQuery).
• Web Technologies:
• Strong understanding of AJAX, HTML, CSS, and web services.
• Additional Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with server deployment, Linux-based systems, and version control (Git).
• Exposure to DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
