Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tech Lead - Full Stack (MERN) to spearhead our web development team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge applications while mentoring team members and ensuring adherence to best practices. You will play a critical role in driving key technical decisions, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering robust software solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership:
• Lead and manage projects with comprehensive oversight of scope, timeline, and budget.
• Drive key technical and product-related decisions to ensure successful project execution.
• Remain hands-on with coding, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align deliverables with requirements.
• Project Management:
• Define and direct project plans to achieve goals, ensuring technical activities are seamlessly integrated.
• Analyze technology trends, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Represent the team in planning meetings and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Team Management:
• Mentor and guide team members, ensuring consistent implementation of best practices and coding standards.
• Foster a collaborative environment to solve technical challenges and enable professional growth for team members.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new engineers.
• MERN Stack Development:
• Oversee the design and development of web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of software applications.
• Continuously stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with an emphasis on the MERN stack.
• Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management abilities.
• Experience in hiring, mentoring, and guiding engineers to achieve their best potential.
• Solid knowledge of system design, architecture, and integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in project management or software development is a plus.
• Experience working with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?2,300,000.00 per year
