Brief & Role
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our innovative eCommerce and custom applications team. This role primarily focuses on developing robust frontend and backend solutions using ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS, while also contributing to headless commerce integrations and custom platform enhancements. Candidates with a basic understanding of Blockchain technologies will have an added advantage, as we explore future-ready solutions in the decentralized web space.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, high-performing web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, and the MERN stack.
- Design and implement server-side APIs and data services to support frontend applications.
- Work on headless commerce implementations by integrating custom frontends with BigCommerce or Shopify backends.
- Architect component structures, data flow, and reusable libraries using ReactJS and modern JavaScript practices.
- Occasionally work with BigCommerce and Shopify APIs, including Storefront, Cart, and Order APIs, as part of broader eCommerce integration needs.
- Collaborate with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend or backend issues in live environments as part of the maintenance cycle.
- Participate in internal tech learning sessions to mentor peers or explore emerging technologies such as Blockchain.
- Contribute to custom app development where backend and frontend logic need to interact seamlessly with third-party services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies like Web3, Smart Contracts, and decentralized platforms (if interested).
Requirements
Skills & Characteristics
- Proficient in ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, and the full MERN stack.
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+) fundamentals and modern coding practices.
- Solid understanding of MongoDB, Express, and RESTful API development.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and responsive UI frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, and working in collaborative repositories (GitHub, GitLab).
- Exposure to BigCommerce or Shopify platforms and APIs is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in Blockchain fundamentals such as smart contracts, web3.js, or Ethereum is a valuable bonus.
- Ability to troubleshoot bugs and debug cross-platform issues efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and self-initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration attitude.
- Passionate about exploring future tech such as decentralized applications and integrating Web3 into mainstream development.
