We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The ideal candidate should be passionate about building high-quality, scalable web applications and should be capable of working across the full software development lifecycle.

Qualification: A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using MERN stack
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Develop RESTful APIs and handle database management (MongoDB)
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and contribute to best practices
Skills Required
3+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
In-depth knowledge of React.js and related workflows (Redux, Hooks)
Experience with Node.js and Express.js
Familiarity with MongoDB and Mongoose
RESTful API design and integration
Good understanding of Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
