Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (MERN) with 3+ years of solid experience in building scalable applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, with strong expertise in TypeScript.

The ideal candidate must have excellent JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and the ability to build robust, high-performing applications end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Write clean, efficient, and TypeScript-based code across frontend and backend.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs with secure and scalable architecture.

Implement responsive, modern UI using React.js.

Optimize applications for speed, performance, and security.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.

Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.

Implement authentication & authorization using JWT/OAuth.

Work with MongoDB and build scalable data models.

Stay updated with modern web technologies, frameworks, and patterns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of full-stack development experience using MERN.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Hands-on experience with React.js and state management tools (Redux, Context API).

Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.

Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Good understanding of MongoDB and schema design.

Experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of web security, JWT, OAuth, and best practices.

Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Firebase).

Knowledge of Next.js (SSR/SSG).

Experience with GraphQL.

Understanding of Docker and containerization.

Experience building modern UI with Tailwind CSS.

Basic knowledge of Electron.js for desktop apps.
