Full Stack Developer — Next.js / React / Node.js / Django

Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can work across frontend, backend, deployment, and basic cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building web applications using Next.js/React, backend services using Node.js and Django/Python, and handling deployment workflows using Docker and basic AWS services.

Responsibilities
Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using Next.js and React
Build and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and Django/Python
Work with databases, API integrations, and backend business logic
Set up and manage deployment processes for web applications
Containerize applications using Docker
Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms, preferably AWS
Debug production issues and improve application performance
Collaborate with the team to convert product requirements into working features
Maintain clean, readable, and well-structured code
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Next.js, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience with Node.js backend development
Experience with Django and Python
Basic understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, or similar
Good understanding of Docker and containerized deployments
Experience with REST APIs and backend integration
Knowledge of Git and standard development workflows
Ability to independently handle development and deployment tasks
Good to Have
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
Understanding of Nginx, reverse proxies, and server configuration
Basic knowledge of monitoring, logging, and application security
Experience deploying production-grade web applications
Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of tasks, write reliable code, and solve problems without needing constant supervision. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and should have a practical understanding of how applications are built, deployed, and maintained.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong freshers with practical project experience may also apply.
