Role Description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in bridging product and business needs. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while adhering to industry best coding practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features and products using React, Node.js, and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including coding, design, development, debugging, reliability, and analysis.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and scripting languages like Python/Shell script.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure and high-performance REST APIs.
• Manage and configure SQL or Oracle databases and other relational data storage systems.
• Utilize Azure cloud services for cloud-based application development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software project requirements.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure performance and functionality.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.
• Document software designs, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Work in an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning and team activities.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer in web application development.
• Strong experience in ReactJS, JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in designing, coding, testing, and debugging web applications with REST-based microservices using Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience in GitHub/GitLab for version control.
• Proficiency in designing and developing scalable, secure, and highly available APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services for compute, storage, networking, and monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is a plus.

Location: Bengaluru (3 to 4 days work from office)

Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
