Full Stack Developer (Project-Based) – LMS Platform Completion

About the Role

We are an aviation training organisation based in Chennai currently developing a custom Learning Management System (LMS) using AI-assisted development tools.

The initial core build of the LMS will be created internally using AI (Lovable), and we are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to take over from approximately Week 3 onwards to refine, complete, test, and deploy the LMS for live use.

This is a short-term, project-based role suitable for a developer experienced in working with AI-generated code, refining software architecture, and preparing platforms for production.

Your Responsibilities

Your role will include:

• Reviewing the AI-generated LMS codebase
• Improving code quality, structure, and scalability
• Completing unfinished modules
• Connecting and optimising database structure
• Fixing bugs and improving system stability
• Testing all workflows and user roles
• Preparing the LMS for live deployment
• Deploying the system on our preferred hosting platform
• Ensuring the LMS is stable, secure, and production-ready

Experience Required

Minimum 3+ years

Engagement Structure

Estimated Scope of Work: 80–180 hours
(depending on completion status and project complexity)

Hourly Rate: ₹1,200 – ₹2,000 per hour
(depending on experience)

A short paid trial task may be given before full engagement.

This is not a beginner role. We are specifically looking for someone comfortable taking over an AI-assisted codebase, improving it, and bringing it to production level.
