Xpergia is Looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Python (Django/Flask) and frontend development using React. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building scalable applications, working with databases, and delivering high-quality solutions in an agile environment. Experience with AI/ML integrations will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and React.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components with React.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
• Stay updated with modern frameworks, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• (Optional/Plus) Integrate AI/ML models or services into existing applications.
  
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Python with frameworks like Django and Flask.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend workflows.
• Solid experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  
  
  

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with AI/ML model deployment and integration.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
