About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including effort estimation, solution design, QA testing, deployments, documentation, debugging, feature support, and security improvements.
2. Participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
3. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive, meaningful feedback to team members.
4. Research, document, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend solutions for product features and technical challenges.
5. Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them through to successful completion.
6. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and processes.

Other Requirements:

1. 1. 1+ years of experience working with backend technologies is mandatory.

3. 3. Development experience with Laravel is preferred.
4. 4. Development experience working with JavaScript.
5. 5. Experience with standard software development methodologies, version control, handling REST APIs, and managing backend infrastructure.
6. 6. Tech stack: Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Git.
