Job Description

This is a remote position.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python & Django Rest Framework
• Build and connect frontend UIs using React or Next.js , integrated with dynamic backend APIs
• Design clean, modular APIs that power interactive attack simulations, admin dashboards, vendor interfaces, and compliance modules
• Create immersive simulation UIs that display attack progression, user actions, and real-time feedback
• Optimize frontend performance and responsiveness for web-based simulations and GUARD dashboards
• Implement secure data flows and permission layers across the stack
• Collaborate across dev, GRC, and product teams in agile sprints
• Actively contribute to UI/UX discussions for real-time attack visualization and feedback flows

Requirements

Must-Haves

• 3–5 years of full-stack experience with solid grounding in:
• Backend: Django, DRF, PostgreSQL
• Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind or similar CSS frameworks
• Experience building responsive, component-driven UIs that connect to real-time APIs
• Familiarity with Git, agile sprint workflows, and GitHub pull request hygiene
• GitHub or portfolio link showing recent projects — both frontend and backend contributions
• Problem-solving skills with attention to code quality and performance
