Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior GCP Cloud Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is based in Tiruchirappalli, Salem, or Coimbatore. The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in cloud engineering. The role is ideal for individuals looking to contribute to our efforts in leveraging Google Cloud Platform and other technologies to deliver scalable IT solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with maintaining and deploying applications using Google Cloud Platform (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with DevOps principles and tools to enhance continuous integration and deployment processes (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code and creating reusable infrastructure components.
• Experience in managing container-based applications using Kubernetes for efficient orchestration and scaling.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate innovative solutions and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing cloud-based solutions and system architecture.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information clearly and collaborating efficiently with remote teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions using Google Cloud Platform to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate workflows and enhance existing cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software updates.
• Create clear, well-documented processes for managing cloud resources and automate repetitive tasks.
• Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary measures to protect confidential data.
