Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled GCP Data Engineer with at least 4 years of experience in cloud-based data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, Python programming, SQL development, and BigQuery for large-scale data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using GCP services (e.g., Dataflow, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub).
• Develop and maintain data models and efficient SQL queries for BigQuery-based data warehouses.
• Write Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and automation tasks.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and security.
• Optimize query performance and manage data partitioning, clustering, and materialized views in BigQuery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline issues and system performance on GCP.
• Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices for data solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, especially BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow.
• Proficient in Python for data engineering and scripting tasks.
• Advanced skills in writing complex SQL queries for data processing, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with building and optimizing data pipelines in cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL development, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices for data projects.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹472,072.42 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
