GoHighLevel Automation Expert + Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are seeking a GoHighLevel automation expert with full stack development capabilities and hands-on paid media buying experience. If you thrive at the intersection of code, creative, and conversion—this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimize automation workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Manage CRM pipelines, trigger systems, and branded funnels for B2C and B2B campaigns
• Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta & Google
• Develop front-end and back-end features to support user dashboards and AI components
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on landing pages and conversion optimization
• Implement tracking, reporting, and analytics systems for campaigns and funnels
• Set up integrations using Zapier, Make, Twilio, Synthflow, APIs, and webhooks
• Troubleshoot GoHighLevel issues and conduct QA testing for automation reliability
• Suggest new ideas for automation, personalization, and improving customer experience

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in full stack development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, React or Vue.js)
• Strong expertise in GoHighLevel SaaS Model (Workflows, Triggers, Calendars, SMS/email automation, Custom Fields)
• Proven results in paid media buying and optimization on platforms like Meta, Google
• Proficiency with UI/UX and design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of Zapier, Make, and API/webhook integrations
• Comfortable working with Voice AI tools (Twilio, Synthflow, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI workflows (OpenAI, GPT, Whisper, etc.)
• Background in SaaS platform development
• Familiarity with CRMs like Keap, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot
• Previous work in an agency or startup setting
• Advanced knowledge of ad attribution and analytics

Pay: ₹85,620.60 - ₹128,430.90 per month

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
