Job Summary

Good skills and experience in designing and implementing a secure and Scalable Landing Zone in GCP with experience on the following GCP Services:

• Landing Zone – Experience with end-to-end Landing Zone design and implementation

• Networking - Network Connectivity Center, Cloud DNS, Google Cloud Armor, NGFW, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud VPN, Cloud Interconnect, Network Intelligence Center, Network Service Tiers, Traffic Director, Service Directory, Cloud NAT, Virtual Private Cloud

• Security - Cloud Identity, Identity and Access Management, Certificate Authority Service, Identity Platform, Cloud KMS and Cloud HSM, Managed Service for Microsoft Active Directory, Organization Policy Service, Cloud Asset Inventory, Resource Manager, Google Security Operations SIEM, Secret Manager, Security Command Center, Secure Web Proxy

• Compute - Compute Engine, Autoscaler, VM Manager, Google Kubernetes Engine

• Databases – Good knowledge of GCP database solutions

• Storage - Persistent Disk, Filestore, Cloud Storage, Parallelstore, NetApp Volumes

• Operations - Cloud Audit Logs, Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Trace, Cloud Profiler

• DevOps - Cloud Build, Google Cloud Deployment Manager, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins etc.

• Good understanding of GCP Serverless and Data & Analytics Services

Must-Have

5+ Years of job-related experience designing and implementing GCP Landing Zone in Architect Role, Migrating Applications and Workloads to Google Cloud infrastructure, Development of Infra and Application deployment pipelines.

Hands on experience with Terraform and Cloud Deployment Manager.

Ability to Lead Discussion with Customer Enterprise, Security and Network Architects to design the Landing Zone and Create the Solution Architectures. Should be able to articulate the pros and cons of the proposed solution options and guide the customer to take the most optimal design decisions

Good experience in migrating large number of diverse applications to GCP

Deep understanding/strong working experience of CI/CD with Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy, Jenkins, Ansible etc.

Deep understanding/strong experience of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager

Hands-on experience in Google Cloud (GCP) using Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Run, App Engine.

Hands-on experience in debugging complex issues.

Hands-on experience at least in one scripting language (Python / PowerShell / Bash etc.)

Nice-to-have:

Experience in Windows Containers

Certified Google Cloud Architect

Any Professional/Specialty Google Cloud certification
