As a Full-Stack Lead, youll be responsible for architecting and developing scalable web applications using ReactJS on the frontend and .NET Core on the backend. You'll lead a cross-functional team, ensure best coding practices, and play a key role in product development and Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver robust features and user-friendly interfaces.
- Architect scalable and maintainable systems across both frontend (ReactJS) and backend (.NET).
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and promote clean coding practices.
- Ensure system performance, security, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot production issues and own technical resolution.
- Stay updated on latest technologies and suggest Requirements (ReactJS) :
- Strong experience with ReactJS, including hooks, context, and state management.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, and version control (.NET) :
- Proficient in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Good understanding of SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming, design patterns, and security best :
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.
