Role & Responsibilities
24X5 weekends on call support
Requirement Gathering & Documentation for L2 and L3 tickets ; - Testing Support; - System Documentation; -Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Process Analysis & Improvement ; -Participate in Sprint Planning ;- Agile & Cross-Functional Collaboration; - Lead and Oversee the Compliance Effort
Ensure Best Practices Adherence ; - Maintain requirement \ documentation
