Hardware & CCTV Network Engineer

Overview

*The ideal candidate will be a competent individual with great passion for technology. Assessment and Installation of all kind of security surveillances equipment’s

*Provide technical support for hardware software providing exceptional customer service in response to incoming service requests,

*Troubleshoot problems with PCs, servers, software, communications devices,

*Troubleshoot PC Thin & Thick Client desktop systems, software as well as peripherals, Briefing Display devices, Video Teleconference devices

*Provide end user desktop as well as networking support with other technicians via phone, email in person

*Maintain CCTV cameras, Biometric devices, GPS devices, Door Locks, desktops, laptops, PDAs, printers, peripherals software

*Respond to calls as well as email or other communication medium requests for technical, desktop server support by working troubles tickets as directed.

*Maintain printer queues; evaluate the overall printing process

*Control inventory including maintaining PC/printer/hardware stock updating database accordingly

*Serve as the ticket owner for assigned service requests provide timely status updates on the progress of ongoing requests.

*Co-ordinate with the reporting officer for all kind of support request and report accordingly.

*Provide training of newly join support employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
