Hardware & Network Engineer - Pirangut Pune

Overview

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other IT hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and network connectivity problems.
• Set up and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, and routers.
• Provide technical support for end-users, both remotely and onsite.
• Manage system backups, antivirus, and basic IT security compliance.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with LAN/WAN setup and basic network configuration.
• Hands-on experience with switches, routers, and cabling.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, printer configuration, and basic networking commands.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills. Good-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of firewall configuration and network security.
• Experience with Active Directory and user account management.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Basic knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP.
• Certification like CCNA or CompTIA A+ / Network+ is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,232.89 per month
