Overview
Level -3 Onsite Support must have knowledge of Server and Firewall management and installation
· Must have knowledge of Enterprise Hardware.
· Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
· Ask customer-targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
· Guide the clients through a series of steps/actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solved their technical issue
· Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
· Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
· Ensure all issues are properly logged and timely solve.
· Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
· Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
· Maintain jovial relationships with clients
· Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
