Overview
We're seeking a Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in building, deploying, and scaling AI/ML systems in production. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of research and engineering, and enjoys taking AI models from notebooks to real-world applications.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable AI/ML systems and pipelines.
- Deploy and serve models efficiently using frameworks like TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, or custom APIs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps, and product teams to bring models into production.
- Optimize inference latency, memory usage, and model throughput for real-time and batch applications.
- Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring tools to ensure model accuracy and stability post-deployment.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art models (LLMs, CV, NLP, etc.) tailored to business needs.
- Integrate AI capabilities into end-user products with attention to UX and system reliability.
- Strong programming skills in Python (plus Go, Java, or C++ is a plus).
- Solid foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI system design.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks.
- Proficient with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience deploying models via REST/gRPC APIs, and optimizing them for production.
- Familiarity with versioning, reproducibility, and scalable model retraining pipelines
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
- Knowledge of data engineering and ETL pipelines.
