Responsibilities:

Position: Data Scientist (AI/ML) / Manager Experience: 8- 10 Years Location: Mumbai Type: Full Time Certifications: NA About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist (AI/ML) with over 8-10 years of experience specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our team. This is a position with hybrid work environment, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading AI/ML initiatives within our organization. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage AI/ML projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI/ML solutions. · Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI/ML technologies for business improvement. · Establish best practices and frameworks for AI/ML development and deployment. · Manage and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. · Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. Required Skills: · At least 8+ years of total & relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field. · Proven track record of successfully managing AI/ML projects and teams. · Strong technical expertise in AI/ML models, algorithms, and tools. · Experience working in hybrid work environments is a plus. · Experience with building highly scalable, secure, and fault tolerant microservices.

Preferred Qualifications: · prior experience in industries leveraging AI/ML technologies would be advantageous.
