Within Advisory, PwC has a large team that focus on transformation in Government through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with. 

 





Responsibilities: 

 

• Design, develop and optimize AI/ML models, including GenAI models, transformers, LLMs, NLP models and computer vision applications. 
  

• Implement training, fine-tuning and deployment of AI/ML models in cloud and on-premises environments. 
  

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring and automated workflows for AI applications. 
  

• Work on AI-driven solutions for government and public sector applications such as document intelligence, conversational AI, fraud detection and AI-based decision-making. 
  

• Explore new AI trends, LLMs and Generative AI frameworks for innovation and enhancement of AI capabilities. 
  

• Handle large-scale data pipelines, feature engineering and data processing for AI model training. 
  

• Work with cross-functional teams, mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to best practices in AI development. 
  
  

• Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch or JAX. 
  

• Experience in training, fine-tuning and deploying transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, etc.). 
  

• Proficiency in MLOps, model versioning and deployment using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow or Vertex AI. 
  

• Experience in computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron) or NLP (Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, T5/BERT models). 
  

• Expertise in cloud-based AI (AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI) and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes. 
  

• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and embeddings for GenAI applications. 
  

• Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and multi-modal AI solutions. 
  
  

• Experience in deploying Generative AI models for content generation, document automation or conversational AI. 
  

• Familiarity with multi-agent AI systems, reinforcement learning (RLHF) and AI alignment techniques. 
  

• Knowledge of federated learning, edge AI and secure AI model deployment. 
  

• Understanding of e-Governance AI applications such as AI-powered public service automation, policy compliance AI and regulatory AI solutions. 
  

• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills. 
  
  

• 6 to 10 years of experience in AI/ML development, GenAI model implementation and end-to-end AI solutions. 
  

• Hands-on experience with training, fine-tuning and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications. 
  

• Strong background in either Data Science, NLP, Computer Vision (CV), Generative AI or MLOps. 
  

• Experience in deploying large-scale AI/ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
  

• Experience in working with large datasets, model optimization and scalable AI pipelines. 
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science or a related field. 
  

• Master’s degree (M.Tech/M.Sc) in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning or related fields is preferred.
