Responsibilities

Job Description & Summary –  Sr Manager

• Design and implement behavior-based models, such as risk/credit scoring and guide the adaptation of these models to evolving business needs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to analytics teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytical solutions and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Guide and support project teams in the application of analytics tools and techniques and oversee the integration of analytical models into business processes.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their business needs, present analytical findings, and translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing expert advice and recommendations on data analytics and modeling.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of analytics projects, including scoping, data collection, model development, validation, and implementation.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution and adherence to deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics and modeling. Understanding of LLMs and GenAI/ AWS will be preferred.
