iOS Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced iOS developer to join our team at BitPixel Coders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and innovative applications that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of iOS development frameworks, including UIKit, CoreData, and CoreAnimation
• Proficient in Swift and Objective-C programming languages
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional experience in iOS development
• Published one or more iOS applications in the App Store
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with UI/UX design
