iOS Developer

Overview

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless and innovative app experiences.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Swift code.

• Develop iOS applications using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.

• Work with Product Managers and Designers to implement new features and improve existing functionality.

• Participate in architecture discussions, and performance tuning.

• Integrate apps with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services.

• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.

• Debug, profile, and resolve app crashes and bottlenecks.

• Write unit tests, UI tests, and integration tests.

• Maintain and optimize code for memory and performance using ARC (Automatic Reference Counting).

• Use GCD (Grand Central Dispatch) and OperationQueues for asynchronous programming and thread management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of professional iOS development experience using Swift.

• Strong understanding of iOS fundamentals: UIKit, SwiftUI, Auto Layout, Storyboards, and XIBs.

• Proficiency in memory management and ARC.

• Experience with concurrency and threading using GCD and OperationQueues.

• Solid knowledge of MVC, MVVM, and protocol-oriented programming.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and URLSession.

• Familiarity with NotificationCenter, Core Animation, and Core Data.

• Experience using Git and version control workflows.

• Strong debugging skills using Xcode Instruments and Console.

• Experience with TestFlight, provisioning profiles, and App Store deployment.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with push notifications, and background modes.
• Knowledge of design patterns like Singleton, Factory, and Dependency Injection.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
