Overview

Role: iOS developer and Project Manager - Management exposure

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior iOS Developer with a strong command over SwiftUI and working knowledge of React Native. This role goes beyond coding — we are looking for someone who can take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, lead mobile development initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, designers, and backend teams.

The ideal candidate will have both deep technical expertise and strong project leadership skills, capable of managing the complete lifecycle of mobile app development, from architecture planning to deployment and support.

Experience: 10 years

Per Hour Rate Pay: Rs.1800 to Rs.2000

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of iOS applications using SwiftUI
• Collaborate with cross-platform teams using React Native for hybrid development requirements
• Drive and manage the full mobile app development lifecycle: requirements, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Act as Project Manager for assigned mobile projects: create roadmaps, define milestones, allocate resources, and manage timelines
• Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews, technical guidance, and quality control
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless, user-centric mobile experiences
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure robust performance, security, and scalability of apps
• Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies and development practices

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in mobile app development.
• Hands-on experience in React Native or hybrid mobile app frameworks
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams or full projects
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture)
• Solid understanding of App Store guidelines, publishing, and CI/CD pipelines for iOS
• Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs, Git workflows, and testing methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
