Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain .NET services integrating with LivePerson APIs
- Implement secure authentication workflows using OAuth2/App Key
- Manage WebSocket connections for real-time messaging
- Handle messaging events: chat initiation, message delivery, and status updates
- Collaborate with Conversational AI Engineers on Web Messaging SDK implementations
- Monitor & log LivePerson activity for analytics and reporting
- Ensure scalability and high performance under production load
- Maintain clear and thorough technical documentation
- Test and debug LivePerson chat scenarios to ensure smooth performance
- 3+ years of experience in .NET development
- Strong understanding of API integrations and WebSocket protocols
- Experience working with LivePerson (or similar messaging platforms) is a plus
- Familiarity with OAuth2 authentication workflows
- Solid debugging, communication, and documentation skills
