IT Administrator

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers.
• Support IT team in managing user accounts, email, and access rights.
• Assist in software updates, patch management, and system backups.
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
• Troubleshoot common problems faced by end-users and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies and security guidelines.
• Document IT support activities and prepare simple reports

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and MS Office suite.
• Understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of antivirus, system updates, and data backup methods.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn new technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,112.28 - ₹18,518.92 per month
