IT Support Executive

Overview

We are looking for an IT Support Executive who can provide enterprise-level support to our Automobile Dealership HO & Branch Location.

Need to have proper knowledge in OS Installation, Hardware troubleshooting on Desktop and Laptops, Parts replacement, Microsoft Outlook, Application software, Antivirus installation, Online Printers, Wireless router installation, Knowledge of network devices like Routers, Switches, Access Points, CCTV, Biometric installation & troubleshooting

Basic knowledge of Windows Server will be added advantage.

Social Media Platform Knowledge in must

Your responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer systems and responding to IT support requests.

Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.

Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.

Diagnose & Resolve software, networking, or hardware issues.

Manage social media channels effectively, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring

Train people on how to use different types of systems & applications

Monitor daily performance of technical systems.

Help organizations deploy new software or hardware systems.

Monitor the organization's social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media messages, produce reports, etc.

Qualification : Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking

Experience : 2-4 Year

Salary : 15,000 - 20,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
