IT Analyst

Overview

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing IT systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth operation of servers, databases, and networks.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather and assess technology requirements.
• Develop system specifications, process flows, and documentation for new or modified systems.
• Implement upgrades, patches, and new software solutions in coordination with the IT team.
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery procedures are followed as per company policies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and system migrations.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for IT-related services.
• Train employees on new systems, software, and IT best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, networking, and software tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
