Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Location: Bangalore/Hosur. (Remote initially until further update)

Exp: 4-8 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analysing processes, and translating business needs into IT solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments to ensure that technology solutions meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and processes.
• Data Analysis: Utilize various analytical techniques to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between IT and business units; facilitate communications and manage expectations.
• Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), UAT Sign off document, Risk Assessment document, Project Plan (preparation and tracking), MOM, NDA, Agreement, Asset Acquisition document, Project Sign Off document, Project Charter and Business Process documents.
• Project Support: Assist with project management activities, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Testing and Validation: Support the testing phase by developing test cases and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), for applications like SharePoint Online, Oracle EBS, OBIEE, Flexcube, Custom Application, etc.
• Training and Support: Facilitate training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor business performance and track progress against goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
