IT Business Analyst

Overview

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to analyze business processes and support IT project implementation.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather and document business requirements and technical needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope.
- Create workflow diagrams, BRDs, and use case documentation.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and IT standards.

**Requirements:**
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹104,212.69 - ₹499,567.10 per year
